Alpha Athletics is owned by Gareth and Rebekah Jones. With over 20 years combined experience in the Allstar Cheer world, our owners and head coaches are ready to take your athlete to the next level. Both Gareth & Bek are coaches, choreographers & judges in the industry and bring a wealth of knowledge to the program.

Our mission is to provide a professional and family orientated gym where everyone feels welcome. All athletes, teams and levels are equally important to us, and we are invested in bringing out the best in all our athletes.

At Alpha Athletics we create visually dynamic and athletic routines with a high level of technique and attention to detail. Our coaches are strict and strive for perfection as well as boosting confidence and keeping cheer enjoyable. We know how to push our athletes to the best of their ability and help them to reach their full potential. All Alpha staff are fully IASF qualified, have current First Aid, CPR & Blue Card qualifications and the safety of our families is top priority!
